KANN Series KN Sewage Pumping Stations
The company LLC "KANN PROJEKT" manufactures sewage pumping stations (SPS) KANN series KN for lifting and pumping domestic, storm, and wastewater.
The KANN series KN sewage pumping stations (SPS) feature a polyethylene body made from KANN spiral-wound pipe and KANN HDPE sheet produced in-house. The thickness of the body and base ranges from 30 to 150 mm, depending on soil type, diameter, and height of the body (up to 12m), as well as the depth of installation.
Inside the casing, there is shut-off equipment (gate valves, check valves), pumping equipment, guides for the removal/installation of pumps, level sensors, a trash retention basket, and a maintenance platform.

According to the client's requirements, we will manufacture and supply additional equipment to the site: control and measuring instruments, a ground-mounted pavilion, a control cabinet, as well as carry out delivery and commissioning directly at the site.
Principle of Operation of a Sewage Pumping Station (SPS):
Wastewater and domestic sewage enter the lower reception part of the lift station through the inlet pipeline, where pumping units are installed at the bottom. When the working pump is activated, the wastewater flows into the pressure pipeline, while valves and check valves installed on the pipeline direct the wastewater into the discharge pipeline.
The type of pump is selected based on performance and head. In the KANN series KN sewage pumping stations, pumping equipment from leading manufacturers such as Grundfos, KSB, Wilo, Pedrollo, and IBO is supplied. At the customer's request, it is possible to equip with submersible pumps from other manufacturers.
